Born in Oxford, England in 1993, Eleanor Hardwick spent much of her childhood making things. At the age of twelve she began to take photographs which she then uploaded online, before she was interviewed by BBC Radio 4, British Vogue, Dazed & Confused, The British Journal Of Photography, The Guardian, The Independent, Topshop and more about her work. This publicity allowed her career in photography to blossom whilst she was still studying in school.
Currently based in London, Hardwick now considers herself a multidisciplinary artist with directing, painting, music, writing and curating being just a few of the mediums in which she also works. She has exhibited in group and solo exhibitions in London, Paris, Brighton, Oxford, Tokyo, LA and Lisbon, at galleries including Southbank Centre and Palais de Tokyo. She is a staff member at Rookie Magazine and also part of World Wide Women collective. She is one half of sound and multimedia duo Moonbow.
